Engravings with pantograph and laser.
We personalise jewellery and precious items with professional engraving techniques, from classic pantograph to the latest laser technology. Also custom laser cutting of pendants on silver and gold sheets.
Initials, dates, short phrases. The classic for wedding rings, pendants, medals and plaques.
Maximum precision on curved surfaces and minimal details. Suitable also for special fonts and symbols.
We laser cut custom pendants starting from sheets of silver and gold, based on the client's design or request.
We also perform engravings and laser cuts for other jewellers and goldsmith workshops that wish to entrust us with these processes.

We have a stock assortment of original and generic straps for the most requested brands. When the model you are looking for is not available, we create it on commission relying on the main Italian leather producers and our partner artisan workshops.
Each strap is hand-cut and finished in the size, colour and finish you prefer. For those seeking something unique, we can reproduce specific designs and shades.
Restyling: a second life for your jewellery.
A ring that is no longer worn. An inherited necklace not to your taste. A pair of earrings from another era. In our workshop, they can become something new: a contemporary design, a reinterpretation, a jewel that carries the same history but lives in another era.
We work directly on gold, silver, stones. When needed, we melt the materials and reuse them to create a completely new piece. All by hand, all in-house, with the same care with which we create a jewel from scratch.
Always included with your purchases.
When you come to change your watch battery, we also offer you a complete cleaning of the case and bracelet. A small gesture to keep your watch always like new, regardless of when you purchased it.
For the entire first year from purchase, the regular cleaning of your jewellery (polishing, ultrasound, setting check) is always offered. Afterwards, we continue to provide it at favourable conditions reserved for our customers.

Never generic substitutes. For every intervention, we use exclusively official components from the manufacturer, even when this extends the time.
Goldsmith workshop and watchmaking workshop under the same roof. Every process is carried out by our artisans, under our direct supervision.
For particularly complex processes or those requiring dedicated equipment, we rely on a trusted specialised partner workshop.
We don't rush. Valuable repairs require the necessary time to be done well. We assess urgencies on a case-by-case basis, but quality always comes first for us.

From diagnosis to collection, in four steps.
You bring the piece to one of our two locations during opening hours, or you write to us via WhatsApp or email attaching a photo. If you are in Genova and the request requires it, we can arrange home collection.
We examine the piece in our workshop and issue you a detailed digital receipt with a unique code, which precisely identifies the object and the work to be done. The estimate is always free, clear and personalised.
Once the estimate is accepted, we proceed with the work. Every intervention is tracked at an IT level: you can always check the status of your piece by quoting the unique code received at the time of deposit.
Once the work is completed, the system automatically notifies you: you can come to collect the piece in-store or receive insured shipping (for remote practices, after payment). Every intervention is accompanied by a written guarantee.
Detailed digital receipt with unique code, analytical description of the piece and the work. Each step is recorded in the system. When the work is ready, you receive an automatic notification: maximum security for you and your piece.
For special requests within the municipality of Genova, we organise the collection and delivery directly to your home, by appointment. A dedicated service for those who cannot move or for items of particular value that require maximum discretion.

It depends on the type of intervention. Simple repairs (soldering, resizing, battery replacement) usually take a few days. Complete overhauls, vintage restorations, and more complex work can take weeks, especially when original spare parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer. We don't rush: every estimate includes the real estimated times, and we keep you updated.

Yes, we repair watches and jewellery from any source, even if not purchased from us. Our Pegli location hosts a watchmaking workshop equipped to work on quartz, automatic, and mechanical watches of all brands — both brands we officially handle and others.
Certainly. Our restyling service allows you to give new life to antique, inherited, or simply out-of-taste jewellery, transforming them into contemporary pieces. We work directly on the gold and stones, melting or remounting the original material. If you prefer to convert the value, discover our service of purchase with trade-in.
Yes, the estimate is always free and with no obligation. We prepare it after examining the piece in our workshop or based on the photos you send us. Proceed only if you are convinced of the proposed price and times.
