Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you will find Klarna and PayPal, as well as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. All the details are on the payment methods page.
I need it by a specific date: will it arrive in time?
It depends on the piece: some are in the shop, others are made to order. Ask above, telling us the item and the date — we check real availability and tell you straight away whether it is feasible. General costs and times are on the shipping and costs page.
Can I have a name or a date engraved?
Yes, engraving is one of our oldest crafts. You can start from custom rings, personalised bracelets or charms. If you have something in mind that you cannot see, just ask: we make many things to measure.
Which watch should I give a man?
It depends on how he will wear it. For formal use or a wedding, look at classic watches; if you want a mechanical watch to keep for years, automatic watches; if it is a second watch to alternate, see pre-owned watches. Tell us your budget above and we will narrow it down together.
What should I give for the birth of a child?
The most frequent requests are a pendant or a bracelet for the mother, often engraved with the name and the date. You will find our proposals among charms and bracelets. If you are looking for something for the baby, just ask: we will show you what we have.
How do I choose a ring size?
If it is a surprise gift, the simplest way is to bring us a ring the person already wears: we measure it. Those with slender fingers are often more comfortable with a comfort fit, whose rounded inner profile slides more softly. You can start from the solitaire ring. When in doubt, ask above.
Do you carry a brand I cannot see on the site?
It happens: not everything we carry is published online, and some pieces we only see in the boutique or on order. Write the brand or the model you are looking for above: if we can source it, we will tell you. The brands already online are on this page.
Can I see more photos of a piece?
Of course. Tell us the model and leave us a contact: we will send you extra photos of the actual piece, so you really see it before deciding.
