Silver flowers: the bouquet you never have to replace

A bunch of flowers lasts a week. A silver rose stays. That is why
sterling silver flowers have always been the gift for the dates that matter: an
anniversary, a milestone birthday, a graduation, the memory of someone. Each flower is worked on a
silver base and painted by hand with coloured enamel, stem included.

The subjects

Roses are the largest group — long-stemmed, in bunches of three, in arrangements — and come in the
colours of the enamel: red, white, yellow, orange, lilac. Alongside the roses there are lilies and
lilium, wheat ears, sprigs of holly, petals and leaves, and arrangements with amber inserts. Heights
run from a single stem for a vase to a table arrangement.

Giving them

The colour says what the flower does not: red for love, white for a birth or a christening, yellow
for friendship. A wheat ear is given as a wish for abundance, holly at Christmas. Many subjects are
made to order by the workshop, because these are handmade pieces: if you are looking for a flower or a
